IT Client Infrastructure, IT Operations Specialist

JYSK is continuing our global growth, and one of the primary tasks of the IT department is to support the continued expansion. We are going full speed ahead on the implementation of new solutions, enhancements to existing solutions and integration of new countries.

To ensure that we will continue to be able to offer the best possible solutions and results for the entire organization, we’re looking for a talented and ambitious IT Operations Specialist.

Working from our head office in Gdańsk, you will be part of our IT Client Infrastructure team of six people. The team has the responsibility to maintain and support our IT endpoint devices across the organization. The work is primarily focused at administrating, maintaining and supporting IT equipment in our stores - most notably: Store servers, backoffice desktops, Point of Sale (POS) systems and electronic shelf labels (ESL).

Our store environment mainly consists of 6500 Windows 10 based devices, as well as 3000 servers running Linux-based hypervisors.

Other technologies frequently encountered are Nagios, bash, PowerShell, (and other scripting languages), APIs (REST, others), MECM, Active Directory, Group Policies, Microsoft 365, Java and ESL.

We consider experience with any of the above as a benefit, but not a prerequisite.
